How do I request a ride?
You can call, text, or submit a ride request online. For the fastest answer—especially for same-day travel, early flights, or late-night pickups—please call or text Crown Premier Ride directly.
Does submitting a ride request confirm my reservation?
No. A ride request is not a confirmed reservation. Crown Premier Ride will contact you directly to confirm availability, pickup details, route, and pricing before your ride is scheduled.
Are you available 24/7?
Yes. Crown Premier Ride is available 24/7. Advance requests are recommended, and all rides are subject to availability.
Do you provide transportation to IAH and Hobby Airport?
Yes. Crown Premier Ride provides private transportation to and from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). Flat airport rates are available.
Which areas do you serve?
Crown Premier Ride regularly serves Houston, downtown Houston, the Galleria, the Texas Medical Center, Sugar Land, Katy, Bellaire, Memorial, Westchase, IAH, and Hobby Airport. Select out-of-town trips may also be available by request.
How many passengers can the vehicle accommodate?
The private Chevrolet Suburban SUV is most comfortable for up to five passengers traveling with luggage. Please include your passenger count and luggage needs when requesting a ride.
What payment methods do you accept?
Crown Premier Ride accepts cash, Zelle, and card payments. Ask about the preferred payment method when your ride details and price are confirmed.
Do you offer flat airport rates?
Yes. Flat airport rates are available. Contact Crown Premier Ride with your pickup and destination details for a quote.
What should I include in an airport ride request?
Please include your pickup date and time, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger count, airline flight number when applicable, and any large luggage or special requests.
What happens if my travel plans change?
Please call or text Crown Premier Ride as early as possible if your travel plans change. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes; however, changes, cancellations, and out-of-town trips remain subject to availability and any confirmed trip terms.
Do you provide bottled water and phone chargers?
Yes. Bottled water and phone chargers are available in the vehicle.
Do you offer corporate, event, hotel, hourly, and out-of-town transportation?
Yes. Crown Premier Ride offers airport transportation, corporate travel, hotel transfers, special-event rides, hourly transportation, and select out-of-town trips by request. Custom quotes are available for transportation outside standard airport transfers.
Is Crown Premier Ride licensed and commercially insured?
Yes. Crown Premier Ride is licensed and commercially insured for its transportation service.
